Our Fees
Drafting bills of costs
11% of the attorney’s fees (excluding VAT and disbursements)
Drafting oppositions
10% of the amount saved. No fee charged where no savings are obtained
Attending taxations
11% of the first R10,000 or portion thereof; 6% of the next R10,000 or portion thereof; and 3% of the balance of the total amount of the bill of costs
Settlement Negotiations
R2,000 per hour (if successful)
